All training is conducted on-site, integrated into the design and setup of each bar system. We specialise in team training, with a focus on cocktail creation, efficient bar layout, and smooth service operations.

We begin with cocktails and bar setup, then build on that foundation with tailored service training and team dynamics.

Clinton, our lead consultant, holds an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality and Event Management, along with a Diploma in Bartending. He has developed original training content used by professionals and institutions worldwide.
