TERMS & CONDITIONS
Minimum Booking Requirement: All bookings require a minimum 1-week package, consisting of three 3-hour shifts per week, plus a non-refundable booking fee.
Professional Conduct: Our team integrates into your venue’s service as seamlessly and professionally as possible. We treat your venue, staff, and patrons with respect and expect the same courtesy extended to our team.
Workplace Safety & Respect: We have a zero-tolerance policy for verbal abuse or any behaviour that makes our staff feel unsafe or uncomfortable. In such cases, we reserve the right to withdraw our team from the venue immediately.
Post-Event Reporting: After each booking, we provide a post-event report with constructive feedback, including observations on service, setup, and team performance. These reports aim to support your ongoing business growth. Please note: We do not offer full on-shift training—our support is observational and advisory unless otherwise agreed upon.
Ongoing Support & Training: Additional training and consultancy services are available at a discounted rate once our team has completed their contracted shifts with your venue.
