Clinton Weir – Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the provision of services by Clinton Weir. They override any other verbal or written agreements (including emails or letters) unless otherwise agreed in writing by Clinton Weir.
By booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. They do not affect your statutory rights.
In these terms:

“You” / “Your” refers to the client or customer.

“We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to Clinton Weir.
1. Bookings & Payment

All quotes (verbal or emailed) are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. We cannot guarantee availability after this period.

To confirm your booking, 100% payment of the quoted amount is required via electronic bank transfer or credit card (note: a 3% surcharge applies to online credit card payments). Cheques and cash are not accepted.

Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received and an invoice has been issued.

Deposits or full payments are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellations

Cancellations within 7 days of the event date: no refund.

Cancellations within 14 days of the event date: 50% refund.

Any variation to this policy must be agreed in writing by Clinton Weir.
3. Access, Parking & Loading

Adequate parking must be provided by you for all events.

If we are providing stock and/or glassware, suitable loading/unloading facilities must be available.

We are not responsible for delays caused by inadequate access or poor loading arrangements.
4. Licensing & Alcohol Service

If we supply the liquor licence, all compliance and management requirements must be met.

If we believe the licence is at risk, we may suspend or stop service without notice.

If you supply the liquor licence, we accept no responsibility for breaches outside our control.

Our team will always practise Responsible Service of Alcohol. If guests or hosts are non-compliant, we may suspend or end service without refund.
5. Rates & Additional Hours

Rates will be confirmed prior to booking.

Any additional hours must be agreed between you and Clinton Weir during the event and will be invoiced accordingly.
6. Late Payment
- All accounts must be paid in full prior to the event in order to book in the services.

Upon a mutual written or verbal agreement for accounts to be paid after the event they will need to be settled within 7 days after the event.

Late payments will incur 10% interest per day unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unpaid accounts after 30 days will be referred to debt collection, with all associated costs payable by you.
7. Safety

We reserve the right to work only in safe and organised environments.

If our staff believe the environment is unsafe, we may stop service and vacate the premises. No refund will be given, and any damages to our equipment or staff will be charged to you.
8. Complaints
-
Any complaints during the event must be directed to the team leader privately, not to staff in front of guests.

Post-event complaints must be submitted in writing for review.
9. Photography & Videography

Any images or video of our staff, contractors, or previous events may not be used without our prior written consent.
10. Social Media
-
We reserve the right to request removal of any social media content that contains false, negative, or defamatory statements about our company, staff, or services.
11. Force Majeure
-
We are not liable for delays, losses, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, severe weather, or vehicle breakdowns.

While we aim to deliver a professional and entertaining service, we cannot guarantee the overall success of an event.
Clinton Weir reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any client, where necessary.
