The beautiful classic Negroni with my twist, Aged Tequila, Sweet Red Vermouth & Campari. Served with a Campari meringue. One of my favourite cocktail to drink with a smooth balance of sweet & sour with the earthy zest of Tequila which is an aphrodisiac!
