For the first time, I am opening my private cocktail studio in Werribee South for an exclusive cocktail masterclass.

A fully immersive experience where you can not only pick the brain of the world class bartender but dive into my collection which creates this unique space and the ultimate place to learn about hospitality, cocktails, mocktails and home bartending with a large focus on sustainability & zero waste.

A 3-hour experience will take you through:

– 5 handcrafted cocktails using my own 100% natural cocktail mix range, infused Vodka shelf. Collect of unique ingredients, garnishes, bitters and other secret items:

Drink 1 – Shaken & strained

Drink 2 – Muddled & Churned

Drink 3 – Built & Swizzled

Drink 4 – Smoked & Stirred

Drink 5 – Shaken & strained – This is done in a speed competition to see who can beat the host at shake and strain speed comp for a prize..

From 1 to 4 people in the studio or up to 18 people in my pop up setup.
